Cross Country, Day 9

June 14, 2015 – From Green River to Kodachrome Basin state park, through Capitol Reef

Again got up early and was on the road by 7:00am, there will be some highway with 80mph (130km/h) and straight road of hwy 24 to get to something interesting.

There are more canyons again

Another interesting but short dirt road to ride.

But even more interesting scene at the end of the dirt road, gooseneck overlook in Capitol Reef

Slightly different landscape.

And now landscape started to change a lot and lots of windy road through mountain passes.

And finally campsite, this time state park, it’s cheaper than KOA and a lot more nicer scenery.

The camp site was inside the state park with lots of nice scenery so I took a short hike to take some more photos.
Day 9, 351km, 10 hours campsite to campsite.
