Parisa came over, we had breakfast at khale Sorur.

We packed the bike and headed towards Front Royal but first we did a quick stop at “Morty’s Auto Care” garage, chit chatted for a bit and then we took off.

Morteza recommended we take hwy 50 and it was a great suggestion. We passed by “Middleburg” and “Upperville” which are really cute towns.

At Front Royal we went to the visitor center were we got lots of info and headed to the Skyline Drive. The Drive was very slow at 35 mph (56 km/h), beautiful but slow. Here are some of the photos…

We reached Big Meadows Campground at mile 51 and got a site (#188). We got the tent up and everything set up. Took a walk and bump into some deers.

We were waiting for dinner to be ready when all of the sudden we were surprised by a storm. We had to scramble to the tent and went to sleep. No shower today L
